Lena Otterstedt

Born in Sweden, she moved to Iceland when she was 2 years old. In 1971 she graduated as a nurse and has worked both in Iceland and other Scandinavian countries until 1993.

One of her interest is oil painting. She participated in various courses in
Örn Ingis artists’ school between 2002 and 2005.

Painting has made her more aware of colours in the world around her.

She has participated in the following exhibitions:

The year 2000 she fall in love with the beauty of Aura-Soma® and there was no way back. The year 2003 she took her first course in Aura-Soma®. She completed level I and 2 in Oslo and level 3 in Copenhagen the same year. She also participated in a weekend course with Marianne Mikkelsen about Pomander and Quintessence the same year.

She also completed a DNA healing course in 2004 with Eldey Huld Jonsdottir.

She works as an Aura-Soma® and tarot reader and healing practitioner together with painting.

Helga Erlingsdóttir

She was born and raised in Reykjavík. In 1977 she graduated as a nurse. She worked in Oslo and studied in Statens Helsesösterskole (Community and Public Health Nursing) and graduated in 1982. She graduated with a health management diploma from the University in Reykjavík.

Helga has three children and she lives in Akureyri. She is in charge of three departments in an old people’s home. She also teaches at the University in Akureyri. Her interest in alternative therapy lead her to complete a course in DNA healing in 2005 with Vianne Stibal, and she has worked with healing since. She also participated in the Theosophical Fellowship.

Helga and Lena started in 2005 to make Icelandic Viking runes and they have twice participated in alternative trade shows in Copenhagen.
